I’ve noticed I usually go for stuff with a clean, rugged look, and this fits that pattern perfectly. It’s simple without looking boring, and it just looks really good.

I picked up this messenger bag on sale after way too much browsing around, mostly because my old bag was starting to look rough from carrying it to work and random errands. it’s been a good buy. It wasn’t the absolute cheapest option, but the material feels sturdy and the zippers don’t have that cheap, flimsy feel some bags have. I’ve been using it pretty much every day so far, tossing in the usual stuff like my laptop, chargers, and whatever else I forget to clean out, and it’s held up fine with no issues. Overall, good quality for the price.

I got this bag from Chrome and, you know, I’m being very normal about how much I like the strap adjustability. It’s just really easy to loosen when I’m wearing a jacket or tighten back up when I’m on my bike. It also stays put well and doesn’t slide around much. I ordered a black bag from chromeindustries.com, but when it showed up, it was a different color. The weird part is the packing slip had the correct order on it, so I was kind of left wondering how that even happened. I kept checking everything because I wanted to make sure I hadn’t messed something up on my end.
Customer service did respond, which I appreciated, but getting it sorted out took longer than I expected. I had to send photos and then wait around for updates, and I just wanted some reassurance that it would be fixed. The bag itself seems fine, but the order mix-up was annoying.

I’ve had way slower experiences with bigger brands, so this was a really nice surprise. Definitely makes me feel good about ordering from them again.
